Since March 2017, Chad has served as Store Manager at Exclusive Furniture, overseeing store operations and driving sales. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Store Manager at Conn's from 2013 until March 2017, further enhancing management skills and retail expertise. Earlier in Chad's career, from 2004 to 2013, Chad worked at Best Buy as Connectivity Sales Manager, focusing on sales strategies and customer engagement in the electronics sector.
