Laurence Galland

Laurence Galland has a strong background in human resources and recruitment. Laurence currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Exclusive Networks since June 2020. Previously, Laurence held various roles at Criteo, including Senior Director People Partner, Global Mid-Market and Central Operations, HR Director, Global Mid-Market, Senior HR Business Partner EMEA Mid-Market, Senior HR Manager Southern Europe and Global Central & Marketing, HR Manager, and Head of Recruitment. Prior to Criteo, they worked as a Senior Head Hunter at Blue-Search Conseil and as a Chargée de recrutement et gestion de projets RH at Groupe IT LINK.

From 2003 to 2005, Laurence Galland studied at Groupe IGS and successfully completed a DESS in Management and Development of Human Resources, with a specialization in RH (Resources Humaines).
