Rajesh Balagurunathan

Rajesh Balagurunathan has a strong work experience in operations and sales operations management. Rajesh is currently the Head of Operations at Exclusive Networks since 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager Sales Operations at Tech Data Advanced Solutions India Private Limited from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant General Manager and Regional Manager - SCM at ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd from 2012 to 2017. Rajesh also has extensive experience as a Regional Manager - SCM at Redington India Ltd from 2000 to 2012, where they were responsible for handling warehousing, distribution management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Rajesh began their career as an Accounts Executive at SANMAR Group from 1997 to 2000, where they managed store accounting, inventory, and handled bills clearing.

Rajesh Balagurunathan earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce from Government Arts College between 1993 and 1996. Rajesh later obtained a Master of Commerce (M.COM) degree in Commerce from Annamalai University between 1998 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have also received certifications in Implementing Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, and Sales Operations from LinkedIn in 2023.
