Paul Kaye is an experienced supply chain management professional currently serving as the Group Supply Chain Optimisation Manager at Exclusive Networks since March 2022. With a strong background in logistics and operational efficiency, Paul has held various leadership roles within Exclusive Networks, including Head of Supply Chain Optimisation and Operations and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience and continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles at Microchip Technology and Kenwood Ltd, where Paul managed significant supply chains and led projects in S&OP processes. Paul holds a Foundation degree in Leadership, Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Level 5 Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
