Frank Raines

Frank is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fannie Mae, one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Frank served in President Jimmy Carter's administration and on President Bill Clinton's cabinet as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, during which time he led the first balanced federal budget in 30 years.
