Tom Dieffenbach

Tom Dieffenbach has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom started their career at The Yorktowne Hotel as the Chief Engineer. After that, they served in the U.S. Army for four years as a Medical Specialist. Tom then worked at the Normandie Ridge Senior Living Community as the Director of Environmental Services and Coordinator of Disaster Preparedness. Following that, they became the Chief Engineer at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Tom continued their career as the Director of Engineering / Security at the Westin Providence Hotel. Later, they worked for NESCTC Security Agency, LLC as the AVP Director of Operations. Tom then joined the Grand Heritage Hotel Group as the Corporate Director of Projects and Engineering. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Capital Assets and Facility Management at Exclusive Resorts.

Tom Dieffenbach earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, starting in 2009.
