Takisha Hardieway

Takisha Hardieway has been working in the business industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they were co-owner of Big Time Entertainment & Sum Cream, where they served as production manager, procuring the team, contracts, and budgeting projects with developing and managing artists. During this time, they were also self-employed, working as a Lead Project Manager and ensuring projects were successful from beginning to end. Takisha then joined Exclusivity Global Technologies, LLC in 2016 as an Executive Account Manager, operating as the lead point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. In 2020, they began working for TH Executive Consulting LLC as an Executive Business Consultant.

Takisha Hardieway obtained their Secondary Education degree in Mathematics from Harris-Stowe State University from 1998 to 2001. Takisha then went on to pursue a degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2015, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have a Project Management/PMP certification.
