Russ Johnston

Russ Johnston is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, business acquisition, and investment analysis. Currently serving as Vice President at Excolere Equity Partners since September 2022, Russ previously worked as a consultant specializing in private equity due diligence from August 2020 to September 2022. Notably, Russ founded Torchpass Management, a search fund, and played a key role at The Vistria Group during its inception. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University.
