Cathy Loudon

Cathy Loudon currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Summit Materials and a Leadership Coach at Exec, a talent development platform supporting major companies in various coaching and training initiatives. With extensive experience in talent and organizational development, Cathy previously held the position of Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Compass Minerals, where oversight of succession planning and employee engagement was a priority. Additional roles include Director HR Business Partner at Compass Minerals, HR Manager at YRC Freight, and Director of Human Resources at Mid America Rehabilitation Hospital, among others.
