Kelli Hendrickson

Kelli Hendrickson, Sc.D, PCC, is a Research Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in fluid dynamics, scalar transport, and fluid-structure interaction since March 2020. In addition to academic roles, Kelli serves as Past President of the ICF Raleigh Area Chapter, where responsibilities include advising the board and chairing the Nominating Committee. As a Leadership and Career Coach at Kelli Hendrickson LLC, Kelli supports educators, researchers, and women in STEM in achieving fulfilling careers. Kelli's experience also encompasses leadership coaching at Exec, a role in Higher Education Coaches focusing on best coaching practices, and engagement as a Software Developer at WAMIT Inc. An extensive educational background includes a Sc.D. in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
