Marybeth Moser is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Retail Consultant, currently serving as the Head of Retail at Kindred Creative Group, where they focus on brand innovation and consumer strategy. They have extensive experience in the retail sector, having held key positions such as Vice President of Merchandising at Target and Director of Retail Merchandising at Athleta, where they successfully launched multiple retail stores and pioneered product development processes. Additionally, Marybeth runs their own consulting and coaching practice, working with professionals to navigate career transitions and strengthen team dynamics. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
