Pam Schaper Cabalka, MBA

Pam Schaper Cabalka, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, they work as a Fractional Executive, Consultant, and Business and Executive Coach at ExecHQ®, where they provide CxO Solutions™ and solutions through a network of Strategic Alliance Partners Firms. Pam has been with the company since February 2023.

Prior to this, Pam held various roles at Schaper, Inc., including being a Fractional Executive, Consultant, and Business and Executive Coach since January 2000. In March 2000, they became the CEO/President/Chief Growth Officer of the company.

Pam has also served in various board positions over the last 20+ years at Roanoke College since January 2007.

Pam has had experience at FocalPoint as a Business and Executive Coach/Sales Trainer from June 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, they worked as an Executive and Business Coach, specializing in DISC facilitation and Emotional Quotient certification during the same period.

From November 2015 to March 2019, Pam worked at Chief Outsiders as the Chief Growth Officer and CMO.

At Capella University, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer from January 2014 to June 2015, where they were responsible for the business development and strategy of non-degreed/training solutions for the healthcare marketplace.

From an earlier period, they worked at Kryterion as the EVP Sales & Marketing from an unspecified start date to 2011.

Pam has also held the position of CEO at Boundary Medical, an innovative startup focused on medical outcomes measurement solutions from an unspecified start date to 2005.

Lastly, they worked at Purchasesoft as the VP Sales and later as the Interim CEO. Pam was recruited to assist with the turnaround efforts and downsizing of the public company in the end-to-end purchasing software business.

Throughout their career, Pam Schaper Cabalka has showcased their expertise in executive roles, business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing, coaching, and board positions across various industries including healthcare, education, technology, and more.

Pam Schaper Cabalka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Pam'sbachelor's degree is a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, obtained from Roanoke College, where they studied Business, Psychology, and Political Science. Pam also completed a program in Secondary Education at Winchester Thurston School. In addition to their formal education, Pam has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Business Coach and Certified Executive Coach from FocalPoint, a Certified FocalPoint Sales Trainer from Brian Tracy International, and being DISC Certified, Driving Forces Certified, Emotional Quotient Certified from TTI Success Insights. Pam has also obtained the license of a Facilitator Navigational Conversations from Leadscape Learning.
