JaRae Birkeland

JaRae Birkeland is the owner and leadership consultant at Maitri Leadership LLC, focusing on leadership development rooted in compassion since February 2021. In addition, JaRae serves as Senior Faculty and On-Call Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, delivering leadership solutions aimed at enhancing self-awareness and team effectiveness. Experience includes project management for the construction of a new leadership development center in San Diego and roles in various organizations as a leadership coach, educator, and specialist. JaRae holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies and multiple certifications related to leadership coaching.
