Alvin Stokes

Alvin Stokes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience and retention. Currently serving as Chief Customer Contact Officer at SmileDirectClub since April 2021, Stokes also contributes as a member of the Board of Advisors for Execs In The Know from January 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Contact Centers and Customer Experience at Liberty Latin America, and Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Cable & Wireless Communications. Stokes has held various leadership positions across prominent organizations such as Wyndham Worldwide, DIRECTV, dunnhumby USA, XM Satellite Radio, Sprint Nextel, and Nextel Partners, demonstrating a proven track record in enhancing customer relationships and driving operational excellence. Stokes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
