Nishtha Lohani

Nishtha Lohani is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive search and research in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. From December 2016 to November 2021, Nishtha served as an Engagement Manager at Executive Access India, focusing on CXO searches across K-12, Higher Education, and Indian Conglomerates, with expertise in various industries including Manufacturing, BFSI, Technology, and Consumer. Prior to this role, Nishtha contributed as a Senior Associate and Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, working on a significant research project that developed a Cognitive Capabilities Scale involving a large sample of students across multiple states in India.
