Charlie Haigh-Monk

Charlie Haigh-Monk is the UK Head of Programmatic at Executive Channel Network (ECN), a position held since October 2017, and has progressed through various roles including Agency & Programmatic Lead, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager. At ECN, Charlie oversees a diverse client portfolio within the workplace DOOH sector, working with leading agencies across multiple industries. Prior to ECN, Charlie spent four years at JCDecaux, advancing from Retail Account Planner to Trading Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing OOH advertising and crafting cross-format solutions. Internship experiences at H.R. Owen PLC, Moss Bros Group plc, and EJ Harris contributed to foundational skills in marketing and operations. Charlie holds a degree in Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham and completed education at Oundle School.
