Stephanie Merchez

Stephanie Merchez is a seasoned professional in the real estate and asset development sectors. Currently serving as Directrice du Developpement Asset at Executive Channel Network (ECN) since October 2017, Stephanie specializes in providing connected solutions for tenant communication in commercial real estate. Prior experience includes a role as Responsable de Territoire Paris Ouest des actifs tertiaires at Icade, where Stephanie managed commercial assets in western Paris and worked as a consultant in corporate real estate. Earlier in their career, Stephanie held a broker position at CBRE. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Immobilier from GROUPE ESPI and a DEUG in Law from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
