Barry Ross currently serves as the Executive Director of Justice Partnerships for the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, overseeing leadership for the Sisters of St. Joseph Healthcare Foundation and the CSJ Fund since June 2022. Concurrently, Barry has been an Executive Coach with Executive Coaches of Orange County since November 2021, focusing on community benefit and health leadership for Providence Orange County and San Bernardino hospitals. Prior roles include Regional Director for Providence St. Joseph Health, Southern California, and Vice President of Healthy Communities at St. Jude Medical Center. Barry holds an MBA and an MPH from Columbia University, specializing in Health Care Administration and Management.

Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECofOC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that has been supporting the local community since 2002. We have no paid staff or office. This enables us to laser focus on our mission of developing nonprofit leaders for maximum impact. We have more than 162 coaching clients from various nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County. Since its inception, ECofOC has served over 360 nonprofits including: Orange County United Way, Make A Wish OC & the Inland Empire, Second Harvest Food Bank of OC, Charitable Ventures, Think Together, Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove and Girl Scouts of Orange County. The most valuable benefit of coaching is developing a trusting, honest and authentic relationship with a coach where the agenda is all about the client and their leadership development.
