Daphne Felicitas is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar since July 2020, Daphne leads the organization’s learning initiatives and internal communications while promoting a culture of continuous learning. In addition to the current role, Daphne has been providing leadership coaching to nonprofit leaders through Executive Coaches of Orange County since April 2021. Prior experience includes significant positions at Blizzard Entertainment, where Daphne drove global talent and leadership development strategies and successfully launched enterprise-wide programs. Other notable roles include positions at Oakley, Pacific Sunwear, and UC Irvine Career Center, demonstrating robust expertise in training, organizational development, and team management. Daphne holds a B.A. in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, and contributes as adjunct faculty in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECofOC) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that has been supporting the local community since 2002. We have no paid staff or office. This enables us to laser focus on our mission of developing nonprofit leaders for maximum impact. We have more than 162 coaching clients from various nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County. Since its inception, ECofOC has served over 360 nonprofits including: Orange County United Way, Make A Wish OC & the Inland Empire, Second Harvest Food Bank of OC, Charitable Ventures, Think Together, Boys and Girls Club of Garden Grove and Girl Scouts of Orange County. The most valuable benefit of coaching is developing a trusting, honest and authentic relationship with a coach where the agenda is all about the client and their leadership development. Our coaches provide pro bono services to all of our clients. Clients meet monthly with their coach. The average duration of our coaching engagement is 2.5 years. Our volunteer coaches come from diverse backgrounds that include retired business executives, professional coaches, business and HR consultants and nonprofit leaders.
