Clare Roberts is an accomplished executive coach and founder of C-Space Coaching, where the focus is on enhancing individual and team performance to meet organizational needs. In addition, Clare holds associate roles at The Executive Coaching Consultancy and Ambetus Ltd, championing equitable workplace practices and facilitating positive action towards career development and performance improvement. With extensive experience as the Global Head of Learning and Development Practitioners and Global HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank, as well as previous roles at Merrill Lynch and L'Oréal, Clare has a strong background in strategic HR management. Clare's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management with French from the University of Leeds and a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster.
