Emma Spitz is the Director of Clients & Programme Management and an Accredited Executive Coach at The Executive Coaching Consultancy, where they have worked since 2004. With over 17 years of experience in coaching talented professionals, Emma focuses on empowering individuals and leaders during career transitions, particularly in fostering inclusive environments and developing female talent. Prior to joining ECC, Emma held roles such as HR Manager at The Chase Manhattan Bank and Learning and Development Specialist at JP Morgan. Emma earned their BA (hons) in Psychology from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
