Jo Bower is a seasoned executive coach and mentor, currently serving as the founder of beckhuson since September 2022. In addition to this role, Jo is an executive coach at The Executive Coaching Consultancy and holds positions as a lay member of the Fitness to Practise Committees at both the General Pharmaceutical Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council, where responsibilities include making evidence-based decisions regarding professional conduct and performance. Previous experience includes serving as an equity partner at Clyde & Co and as a partner at Capsticks Solicitors LLP. Jo holds an LLB in Law from the University of Kent and has completed several professional coaching certifications, including an Accredited Executive Coach designation from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
