Susan Matejka

Susan Matejka is an experienced executive coach and consultant specializing in strategy, organizational change, and talent management. Currently serving as Managing Director at HPS Chicago and President of Leverage Chicago, Susan has provided coaching and consulting services since 2016, while also working with Spectacular at Work and previously advising at Cognos HR. With a strong background in executive coaching for top leaders at HUB Philanthropic Solutions and a history of directing outreach programs at Kenilworth Union Church, Susan has leveraged extensive experience in change management and leadership development gained from previous roles at SRB Consulting and Accenture. Susan holds a B.A. in Psychology from DePauw University and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University.
