Joseph Ogbonna PCC, FRSA is an accomplished owner of Ruuvand Ltd since July 2006, specializing in coaching, training, and consulting to facilitate personal and business change. Additionally, Joseph serves as a Leadership Coach at London Business School and as an Executive & Leadership Coach at The Executive Coaching Consultancy since July 2022. As a Lay Director at the British Acupuncture Council, Joseph plays a crucial role in overseeing strategy and compliance. Joseph’s consultancy work at Middlesex University involves supervising MBA final projects and offering expertise in various strategic management areas. Previously, Joseph held governance roles as a Non-Executive Director at Richmix Foundations and Oaksure Property Protection Limited, and chaired the Board at Penrose, supporting vulnerable members of society. Joseph holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Middlesex University, a coaching qualification from Coach U, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
