Jyoti Choitram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wellbeing and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Global Wellbeing Manager at A&O Shearman since January 2022, Jyoti leads senior leadership engagement and develops the global wellbeing strategy. Additionally, Jyoti acts as an Executive Coach since September 2021, specializing in parental coaching, gender equality, and inclusive leadership. Previously, Jyoti held various roles at Allen & Overy, culminating in a senior position focused on strategic HR support. Earlier experience includes HR roles at OSN and Network Rail, as well as a teaching position at George Eliot Infant School. Jyoti earned an MSc in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol.
