Shalini has extensive experience working with diverse leadership teams across various industries. Shalini is a non-executive director and member of the core leadership team at Shalini Leads Change, where Shalini also facilitates and coaches leadership programs. In addition, Shalini has held roles at notable organizations such as Thomson Reuters, Argus Media Limited, and Addleshaw Goddard. Shalini's educational background includes a BA in History from the University of Cambridge, CPE, Law Society Finals, and a Diploma in Coaching.
