Toni Rothbart

Toni Rothbart, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Operations at Executive Communities since March 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous positions, including Head of Operations at CFO South Africa from January 2023 to March 2025 and Co-Founder of make-good SA, where Toni was instrumental in establishing a nonprofit organization focused on societal concerns and creative collaborations. A seasoned Account Manager and Project Manager, Toni has successfully planned and executed numerous marketing campaigns in freelance roles and at theSQUAD Creative Events and 360 Degrees Production House, emphasizing problem-solving and logistical expertise. Toni's entrepreneurial spirit was evident as the owner of ishumi guiding cc and alulaafrica.com, developing small tourism and web-based service startups. Academically, Toni holds an MBA from Henley Business School, focusing on the creative and music industry, a BA in History and Sociology from the University of South Africa, and a BS in Dietetics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
