Carly Pohlman is a skilled Project Assistant at Executive Construction Inc. since April 2021, providing support in project management activities such as estimating, bidding, and contract issuance, while also acting as a liaison among various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Carly served as a Human Resources Representative at Illinois State University from March 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included guiding student employment processes, conducting training sessions, and managing applicant tracking systems. Previous experience includes working as an Office Support Specialist at Thomas Metcalf School, where Carly coordinated student workers and managed schedules, as well as serving as the Presidential and Trustee Events Coordinator at Illinois State University, organizing and overseeing significant campus events. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Illinois State University, earned in 2016.
