Suzanne Thoren Waller is a seasoned professional in career coaching and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Career Development Coach at IMPACT Group since January 2017, where Suzanne delivers personalized coaching throughout the U.S. Simultaneously, Suzanne holds the position of Senior Talent Management Executive at Executive Core, focusing on consulting and designing programs that enhance HR effectiveness and support corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to these roles, Suzanne was the Director of Degree Programs at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business from October 2012 to August 2016, where Suzanne significantly improved the Executive MBA program's ranking through innovative curriculum enhancements. Suzanne also gained extensive experience as the Associate Director at the Kellogg School of Management from August 2004 to October 2012, overseeing student services across multiple campuses. Suzanne holds a BBA in Business Marketing from Iowa State University.
