Paul Versteeg has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as Senior Account Manager for Owner Services at Executive Jet Management since July 2013, Paul has also held notable positions such as Customer Service Manager at ITW Space Bag and Station Customer Service Manager at Delta Connection Comair. Earlier roles at US Airways spanned over two decades, where Paul progressed from Customer Service Agent to Customer Service Management, overseeing various operational aspects in call centers and airport stations.
