Walt Cleaver

Walt Cleaver has extensive experience in the field of human resources and leadership development. Walt is currently the Founder & CEO of Globality HR, a company that focuses on driving business growth through people, talent, innovation, and culture. Walt is also the Co-Founder of WiseGrowth Networks, a peer-led executive network organization that provides mentorship connections and access to subject matter experts and thought leaders.

Prior to their current roles, Walt was the Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and Principal & Founder of Cleaver Consulting Group, LLC, where they specialized in HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and executive coaching with a global focus. Walt was also the Managing Director for North America and Asia at Executive Networks, Inc, where they directed HR networks and facilitated the sharing of innovative practices among global networks.

Before founding their own consulting group, Walt served as the President & CEO of HR People & Strategy, where they led a global network of strategic HR and business leaders. Walt also held various HR roles at Strawbridge & Clothier, Macy's East, and TRW, focusing on labor/employee relations, organizational development, and human resources.

Walt Cleaver holds a BA in Philosophy from La Salle University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Boston College, Temple University, and La Salle University. Walt has also applied to the Doctoral Program in Philosophy at Harvard University and is awaiting acceptance. Walt has additional certifications as a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Stakeholder Certified Coach and from the Najafi Global Mindset Institute.
