Rick Neal

Rick Neal is the owner of Neal Group International, Inc., a full-service investigative and executive protection company established in October 2006, specializing in risk management and underwater investigations within the scuba diving industry. Additionally, Rick is a graduate of the Kobetz Executive Protection Institute since 2004. Prior to these roles, Rick served in law enforcement for 30 years, including three years as a police officer in Virginia and 27 years in Florida, where Rick rose through the ranks to retire as Captain of Special Operations/SWAT, overseeing the Major Crimes and narcotics divisions. Rick holds a B.S. in Administration of Criminal Justice from Tampa College.
