Peter Caruso is currently working as an Administrative Assistant at the State of Connecticut in the Department of Administrative Services for the Beauro of Information and Technology Solutions, serving the Department of Social Services and Department of Labor. In addition, Peter Caruso also serves as a Minister and Wedding Officiant, aiming to create memorable ceremonies for couples. Prior to these roles, Peter has worked in various culinary positions including as a Pastry Chef at Quail Valley Golf Club Llc, The Ocean House, and Alta Strada at Foxwoods Resort and Casino.
