Steve Moss

Steve Moss is an accomplished executive mentor and president of Executive Springboard, LLC, a role held since 2015, focused on integrating executives into new roles through mentorship. Currently serving as an Innovation Engines Reviewer for the National Science Foundation since August 2024, Moss reviews grant proposals aimed at fostering sustainable regional innovation ecosystems. Previous leadership roles include Interim CEO at Minnepura Technologies, LLC, Chief Marketing Officer at both Imation and Ice Cream Partners/Nestlé Ice Cream Company, and Marketing Manager at Brown & Williamson Tobacco. Moss also served as a marketing consultant and president at Moss Re-skilling, LLC, and held various marketing roles at Diageo and Stellus Consulting. Moss holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Georgetown University.
