Komal Randive is a research associate at Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. since March 2023, following a previous role as a human resource intern at Universal Tribes from January 2022 to March 2022. Komal holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, attained between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration from Shivaji University Kolhapur, completed from July 2018 to July 2020.
