Fred Knowles

Fred Knowles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive coaching. As the President and Founder of Executive Transition Coaching since April 2015, Fred specializes in helping leaders navigate their career transitions. Prior to this, Fred managed Foot And Mouth Productions as a Managing Partner since June 2014, focusing on reviving sitcoms for television. Notable positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Under Armour from 2012 to 2014, and Senior Vice President of Enterprise HR at Capital One from 2001 to 2012, where Fred drove initiatives in recruiting, compensation, and talent management. Fred’s earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Exult, where responsibilities included performance management and compensation processes. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Rutgers University.
