Rishi Patil

Rishi Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rishi founded and served as the Director of Executive81 HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from October 2012 to present. Prior to that, they worked as the Practice Head of Recruitment and Executive Search for Absolute HR International from February 2011 to November 2012. Rishi also held the position of SBU Head for IT and Operations at SCORG International from April 2009 to January 2011. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Antal International Network from May 2007 to March 2009. Rishi also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant for overseas and Middle East recruitment at Ambe International from January 2005 to April 2007. Rishi began their career as a Customer Service Executive at Tata Teleservices Ltd from November 2003 to December 2004.

Rishi Patil completed a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Human Resource at Welingkar Institute of Management.
