Alejandra Castro

Alejandra Castro is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources for Latin America and HR Head for Mexico at Kushki since November 2019, Alejandra also contributes as a mentor at Endeavor and as an advisory board member at Viva - Virtual Analysts. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager for Latin America at Xerox, and Human Resources Coordinator at OCP Ecuador. Alejandra's career began in human resources and underwriting with positions at Petroamazonas EP and Chubb. Alejandra holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
