Currently serving as Operations Manager at EXEDY Globalparts since August 2016, Ben previously held roles at Faurecia Seating from June 2012 to August 2016, including Test Operation Manager and Validation Engineer, where responsibilities included managing test labs and developing test plans for significant programs such as CMF1 and P32R. Earlier in the career, Ben worked as a Validation Engineer for GM Powertrain, focusing on small gas engines.
