Rajesh Gowda

Rajesh Gowda has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Rajesh started at Avery Dennison as an HR Assistant, where they handled manpower, monitored absenteeism, maintained payroll process and compliance files, and prepared EPF, ESIC and FORM-T files as per statutory acts. In 2014, they joined Adecco Group India as an HR Process Executive and HR Operations Executive. In 2016, they moved to The Adecco Group as an Onsite HR Operations Executive, where they were responsible for joining formalities, handling HR operations, maintaining track of region wise head count, and initiating recruitment when needed. Currently, they are a Senior Payroll & Operations Specialist at Exeevo, where they are responsible for rolling out offer letters to India employees and handling their joining formalities.

Rajesh Gowda graduated from the University of Mysore in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Rajesh then attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and earned their Master of Business Administration in 2009. Rajesh went on to receive a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014.
