Baptiste Genauzeau

Baptiste Genauzeau is a Senior Consultant at EXEIS Conseil, where expertise includes solution selection, operational excellence, management of CDS/CDC activities, schema direction, and implementation of decision-making tools. Experience spans various sectors, including insurance with Maif, banking with BPCE and Crédit Agricole, industrial projects for Groupe Briand, Pierre Fabre, Mapaero, and services with Derichebourg Atis Aeronautique.
