Teemu Tiainen

Teemu Tiainen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and engineering. Currently serving as Production Manager at Exel Composites since July 2018, Teemu previously held the role of Production Manager at Kidex Oy / Martela Group from April 2006 to July 2018, contributing to one of Finland's largest manufacturers of laminate and melamine surfaced wood-based furniture components. Teemu's leadership extends to board roles, including Chairman of the Board at Housing Cooperative Joensuun Häkkilintu (2013-2017) and a member of the board at Juniori-Jokipojat ry (2006-2011). Early in the career, Teemu worked as a Project Quality Engineer at Perlos and served as an Assistant Coach for the Jokipojat men's ice hockey team. Teemu holds a Master of Engineering degree in Technology Competence Management from North Karelia Polytechnic, completed in 2011.
