E.j. Roman

E.J. Roman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years.

Starting in 2006, E.J. worked as an Account Manager at Guardian Industries, where they managed multiple customer accounts, handled logistics planning, and maintained existing business relationships.

In 2012, E.J. joined SourceHOV as a Customer Relationship Manager, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on integrated solutions, and managing project documentation.

In 2016, E.J. transitioned to Exela Technologies as the Director of Client Services. They were responsible for leading a team of Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing direction for projects.

E.J. then advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations at Exela Technologies in 2018, where they oversaw daily operations, managed various functional areas, and reviewed performance data for improvement.

Currently, E.J. serves as the Director - Customer Relationship Manager at Exela Technologies, responsible for revenue forecasting, team management, and project direction.

E.J. Roman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Madonna University. They completed their degree from 1996 to 2001.
