Ishai Padawer

Ishai Padawer currently serves as Senior Director of Biologics Process Development at Exelixis since February 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Biologics Process Development. Prior roles include Director of Process Sciences and Senior Scientist in Process & Analytical Development at Mantra Bio from September 2018 to February 2023, as well as Senior Bioprocess Engineer at Hampton Creek for a brief period in 2017. Ishai has also worked as Scientist II at Abbvie Stemcentrx LLC and in various roles at Stemcentrx, Inc. including Associate Scientist and Senior Research Associate from 2013 to 2016. Prior experience includes a tenure as Staff Biochemical Engineer at Merck from 2009 to 2013 and positions at Synthes and McNeil Consumer Healthcare as a Product Development Engineer and Equipment Engineer, respectively. Ishai holds a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
