Jacquelyn Ritchie

Senior Vice President, Development Operations at Exelixis

Jacquelyn Ritchie has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Jacquelyn has held leadership positions at several companies including Exelixis, IQVIA, NanoString Technologies, Inc., GSK, University of Pennsylvania, Merck, and AstraZeneca.

At Exelixis, they currently serve as the Senior Vice President, Development Operations, leading an integrated development operations group accountable for the execution and compliance of clinical trials.

Previously, at IQVIA, Jacquelyn held the role of Vice President and Global Delivery Unit Head, where they were accountable for a cross-functional and multi-therapeutic delivery unit for a strategic client. Jacquelyn also served as Vice President, Oncology Project Leadership, overseeing large-mid size pharma clients within Oncology.

As the Sr. Director, Head of Strategic Alliance Management at NanoString Technologies, Inc., they were responsible for designing and implementing an alliance management organization.

At GSK, Jacquelyn served as Portfolio Director- R&D Strategy and Portfolio Management and Project Director - Oncology, where they provided strategic and operational portfolio management for Metabolic Pathways and Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area.

Jacquelyn also has experience at the University of Pennsylvania as the Director Clinical Research, Abramson Cancer Center Clinical Research Unit, leading the clinical research unit for the Abramson Cancer Center.

Jacquelyn began their career at Merck as a Medical Program Coordinator (Vaccines) and also worked as a Clinical Scientist at AstraZeneca.

Throughout their career, Jacquelyn has demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, strategic planning, leadership, and building alliances in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry.

Jacquelyn Ritchie has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology from Drexel University. Jacquelyn also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University. In 2014 and 2015, they participated in the LEADERSHIP Philadelphia program as a Fellow, focusing on leadership development.
