Lana Andrianova

Lana Andrianova, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Executive Clinical Development Medical Director at Exelixis since June 2021, progressing from Medical Director to Senior Medical Director in the same division. Previously, Lana held various positions at Syneos Health from August 2018 to June 2021, including Medical Director and Associate Medical Director, focusing on medical monitoring for phase 1-3 oncology studies. Further experience includes leadership roles at INC Research and inVentiv Health Clinical, specializing in oncology clinical operations and project management. Earlier career roles involved therapeutic leadership in urology, surgery, oncology, diabetes complications, and liver diseases at Pierrel Research and marketing management at Clear Channel Outdoor.
