Lance Piecoro

Lance Piecoro has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Marketing Manager at P&G Pharmaceuticals from 2001 until 2003. Lance then moved on to Amgen, where they held various positions, including Sr. Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2006, Corporate Account Manager - Western Region from 2007 to 2008, and Director of Access and Reimbursement, Bone Health from 2008 to 2010. Lance continued their career at Incyte as Director, Access and Reimbursement from 2010 to 2013, and later as National Account Director, Payers and Specialty Pharmacies from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they serve as Vice President, Market Access at Exelixis starting from 2016.

Lance Piecoro earned a PharmD in Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky, completing their studies from 1988 to 1995. Lance later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Public Health from the same university, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998.
