Nashmil S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Court Investigator at the Superior Court of CA, County of San Mateo, providing legal support to judicial counsel and preparing forensic accounting reports. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Compliance Manager at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., where they developed policies and SOPs, tracked legal and regulatory changes, and acted as a compliance subject matter expert. They later joined Dermira, Inc. in 2018 as a Healthcare Compliance Manager, providing support on policy development and tracking legal changes. In 2019, Nashmil took on the role of Instructor at 21 CLETS, LLC, providing public safety training tailored to adult learning needs. They also served as an Advisory Board Member at New Door Ventures and as the Director of Healthcare Compliance at Exelixis, where they led various compliance initiatives and supervised a team.

Nashmil S. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University. They also attained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from the same institution.
