Patrick Grove

Patrick Grove is a seasoned professional specializing in compliance and internal audit with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of SOx Compliance at Exelixis since September 2022, Patrick previously held the position of Director of SOX Compliance at AAA from August 2020 to September 2022. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Intel Corporation as Senior Audit Manager and held multiple roles at Wind River Systems, including Internal Audit Director and Internal Audit-Senior Manager. Early career experiences include positions at Protiviti as IA Manager and Senior Consultant at Clorox, along with a foundation in financial analysis at KPMG. Patrick commenced a career in retail at Fairlane Foods before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco between 1997 and 1999.
