Peter Kern

Peter Kern has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Peter began their career in 1996 as a Specialty Sales Representative at Schering Laboratories (Innovex) and later worked as a Pharmaceutical Specialist at Astra Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 1999. Peter then joined GlaxoSmithKline in 1999 as an Executive Sales Representative and later became an Executive Oncology Account Manager and Acute Care Specialist from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2013, Peter worked at Genentech in various roles, including Sr Clinical Oncology Specialist, Regional Program Manager, Division Manager Avastin, and Avastin Lung & RCC Senior Product Manager Marketing. Since 2013, they have been with Exelixis, starting as the Vice President of East U.S. Sales, where they designed, hired, and led the Exelixis Salesforce. Currently, Peter holds the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Sales at Exelixis.

Peter Kern attended Ursinus College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology.
